Many of the pieces are handmade at the time of your order, please allow 2-14** days to ship depending on the type of artwork you are purchasing. Every design will be a little different which makes your piece unique and one of a kind. The photo is a good representation of what your piece will look like but it's not exact. I use the same materials and measurements, and take pride in making each piece with equal attention to detail and craftsmanship.

~Note: If using a credit card you can pay through PayPal without forming an account. PayPal is a safe and convenient way to shop, and all of your information is kept private.~

Shipping

• Shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail.
* Jewelry: We ship within 48 hours after your payment has been received. (**)
* MetalWork: We ship within 5-7 days after your payment has been received. (**)
* Mirror & Glass Crafts: We ship within 14 days after your payment has been received. (**)
* An email confirmation will be sent to you when your item is being shipped.

* We are not responsible for lost items unless it was our mailing error.
* All packages are wrapped in eco-friendly material and packaging.
*Custom orders will delay shipping, We will determine the estimated time for shipping accordingly with the specifications, type, measurements, etc. however, and upon completion of your order I will notify you that the item is finished and when it will be shipped.
* Items will be shipped to the address you provide. If you want your order shipped to another location, please email us and let us know while you are ordering or within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not automatically insure packages, but if you would like insurance, please email us before you order.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is our supreme importance that the buyer is happy with their items
*If for any reason you feel the need to cancel an order, PLEASE contact us so this can be completed through the proper channels. If you change your mind about a purchase, it isn't a big deal, but please just let us know so we can restock the item(s). If we know you have changed your mind, We can do this sooner rather than later.
* Returns & exchanges are gladly accepted within 5 days after receiving your purchase... you must email us at gdegarcia@laroca-gallery.com or laroca@laroca-gallery.com first please, to notify the reason. All items need to be returned in Unworn/Unused condition and with the safety tag still on.
* Custom Items will have a re-stocking fee if returned. An email will be sent to you with the amount.
* Any Return's Shipping expenses are responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQ’s

We accept custom orders on any items you see for sale. If you would like a different color, bead, size, mirror, glass, material... etc. just email us at gdegarcia@laroca-gallery.com or laroca@laroca-gallery.com before your purchase and were happy to accommodate you. Please note that prices may vary for additional materials, a quote will be sent to you first.
